Wholesale Pricing

To enjoy cheaper wholesale pricing, please select larger quantity options when browsing the individual products. 

MInimum Order

The minimum order amount is $20. Orders below this minimum cannot be processed. 

Shipping

We deliver to Brunei-Muara, Tutong (town areas only), and Belait district (Seria & KB town areas) every day, before 4pm, except on Sunday. 

For Brunei-Muara, we will aim to deliver orders placed before 4pm to arrive within 2 days after the order is accepted.

For KB/Seria orders, we will aim to deliver confirmed orders, placed latest on Wednesday at 2pm, to receive on Thursday.

For Tutong, we will aim to deliver confirmed orders, placed latest on Thursday at 2pm, to receive on Friday or Saturday.

For areas that we cannot fulfill, we will refund the order amount. If you are unsure, please check with us before making payment.

Delivery charges are $5 per trip. Free delivery for orders above $40.

Payments

Only accepting payments by bank transfer to BIBD A/C. If your bank is not BIBD, you may also transfer to the stated BIBD A/C. Bank details will be provided in payment instructions during checkout.

Orders will be processed only after receiving a screenshot of payment to +673 886 0126.

Receiving and Returns
